Website enquiries are processed through 10x lead capture and forwarded to the BE-SLIM customer relationship system. Project photos submitted with a form are uploaded with the 10x lead. These services help us receive and manage your enquiry.

Google Analytics provides website measurement. Messages sent through Meta services, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram, are also processed by those platforms under their own privacy terms.

The website lead-form records we keep are deleted within 30 days by a separate retention service. We use those records to handle the enquiry during that period.

Meta, Google, and other service providers may keep technical or messaging records under their own retention settings. If you would like us to remove information associated with an enquiry or a BE-SLIM message sooner, contact us using the details below. We will review the request and arrange deletion from systems we control where applicable.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete information you shared with us. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by replying to a message asking us to stop, or by emailing us. We will use the contact details in your request to identify the relevant record.
