BE-SLIM by Birkan
BE-SLIM glass partition manufacturing, in-house since 2000

In-house
since 2000.

A 15-day measured installation process. Every variable checked before we recommend a system or a glass type.

Buyers fear the wrong decision, not the price.

A partition that is mismeasured, wrongly glassed, or finished in the wrong colour cannot be quietly fixed after installation. The cost of a wrong decision is the whole project. Our process exists to make that impossible.

Every step below runs in sequence for every project, regardless of size. A single cabin door gets the same measured process as a twelve-partition fit-out.

The 15-day measured process.

Day 1 → Day 15

01Send photos and rough dimensions.A wall or opening, a rough width and height, and the use case. That is enough to start. No site visit until we have reviewed the opening and confirmed the system direction.
02Site measurement. To the millimetre. We measure every relevant variable: the opening width and height, floor and ceiling level, wall condition, lintel capacity, adjacent traffic patterns. Slim profiles tolerate zero tolerance error. So measurement is the job, not a formality.
03Scaled drawing, glass selection, fixed project cost.We produce a scaled drawing of the partition, specify the system and glass type for the opening, and return one fixed project cost. No approximate quotes. The drawing gives you something to approve before a rupee is spent on material.
04In-house manufacture.Profiles are fabricated in-house, not sourced off the shelf. That means tolerances are held to the drawing, not to what a vendor stocked. Hardware is tested before it reaches site.
05Installation, clean and in one visit.Installation is carried out by the same team that measured. One site visit, clean execution, no second fix required. The process from photos to installed partition is 15 days.

What we check before recommending a partition.

Seven variables. Each one changes the system, the glass, the fixing method, or the finish. None are left to assumption.

Opening width and heightSliding systems have a maximum panel width of 1200 mm and a maximum height of 3000 mm. Outside those bounds, the configuration must change.
Floor and ceiling levelTop-hung systems require a level, load-bearing ceiling track. An uneven floor affects the bottom guide. Both are measured, not assumed.
Wall and lintel conditionThe track anchors into the wall or ceiling. If the lintel is hollow block or the wall is drywall, the fixing method changes. We check before recommending.
Traffic pattern and use frequencyA cabin door used fifteen times a day has different hardware demands than a partition opened once a week. Soft-close hydraulics are specified to usage load.
Privacy vs transparency requirementClear toughened, fluted, frosted, or fabric laminated. The glass type is decided by what the space needs to conceal, not by a standard package.
Acoustic needStandard glass provides moderate sound attenuation. Where acoustic separation matters more, we specify laminated safety glass or an insulated glazing unit and explain the difference in the drawing.
Adjacent finish and frame colourBlack matt, anodised, brushed gold, or powder-coated to match. The finish is decided at drawing stage, not on site.
BE-SLIM slimline aluminium profiles against the heavy wall

Manufactured in-house. Not assembled from bought-in parts.

Profiles cut and fabricated to the millimetre. Hardware tested before it reaches site. No third-party fabricator in the chain means no tolerance creep between the drawing and the installation.
